For a limited time, my eBook of “Racing the Suns” will be available through Amazon on Kindle for FREE. That’s right, FREE. Starting on October 20th until October 24th, I am offering a free copy for people to download to read on the Kindle app.
Why on earth am I doing this? Well, I really want to get my novel into the hands of readers and since this is my first one published, I know there are probably some people a bit nervous about spending money on it. So, if you are curious about “Racing the Suns,” now is your chance to get a copy to read. I hope you enjoy it!!
After more delays than I would like to count, things have started to move quickly. I’m excited to announce that my YA Science Fiction, Racing the Sun, will be published in October 2018. The eBook version will be available on Kindle through Amazon. The print version should be available a few weeks later, also through Amazon. I have already started working on The Gathering, Book 2 of the Hunter and Wanderer series. Happy reading!
The Las Vegas Writer’s Conference in April was fabulous and I can’t recommend it enough. I met so many amazing people and listened to some great sessions. I hope to go again next year.
I dove back into editing my novel, Racing the Suns, once I returned home. It needs a few more tweaks and then I think it is good to go.
Lastly, Wordfyre accepted my short story, “Written in Blood,” for their website. (You can find it at: https://wordfyre.wordpress.com/2018/06/02/written-in-blood). It’s a story inspired by the Traveling Shovel of Death from NaNoWriMo that I wrote last November.
Things are going fabulously. I hope to have more news out soon and perhaps even an except from my novel.
The last several months have been crazy. Lots of news coming soon. But, in the meantime, I’m heading to the Las Vegas Writer’s Conference next week. It should be an amazing experience and I’m really looking forward to it.
Well, this is my first post. I’m trying to build this website. Have you ever built a website before? I haven’t and it’s not easy. Talk about stepping out of my comfort zone. But, I’ll manage. I’m sure there will be mistakes and problems along the way, but that’s how we learn, right? Nothing is perfect the first try. So, please bear with me as I sort this out and if you find any goof ups on the site, feel free to let me know. Cheers!
